Schedule

Practices every school day 2:35-5:30 pm

 

Athletes must have:

• Current physical: Successfully pass a physical examination by a registered physician or other authorized health care provider.  The physical exam is to be valid for a duration of two years (730 days) from date of issue (unless a physician specifically notes on the PPE that the physical is only valid for one year). 
• Insurance (provider and policy number)
